Cody's birthday was Oct 18th but we had a little celebration today. Today is the first day he's been here since then and Pauline bought giant doughnuts for everyone as Cody had expressed interest in them when they went to the doughnut store some time back. I confess that I ate one. I'm stuffed. Probably shouldn't have ate it.
Does this mean I can't have popcorn at the movie later this afternoon?

Hi Jim,
I came across the email you sent out when you started the "Program" and I was checking to see how you are doing. I don't see any posts for this year yet. It is tough to be good about losing weight through the holidays but the important thing is to get back on it afterwards.
